Embodiment Yoga is a slow-flow Vinyasa yoga for all levels with an emphasis on present-moment body awareness. This class is very gentle and beginner-friendly, with opportunities to deepen into the poses for those who would like more challenge.
$10 suggested fee with no one turned away.
Please bring your own yoga mat if you have one.
