Sunday Morning Meditation

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Sunday, repeating until February 16, 2020
All are welcome to meditate according to their own practice. We begin with 20 minutes of silent meditation, after which we read and discuss related texts. We end with 15 or 20 minutes of silent or guided meditation. Beginners are welcome and instruction in basic meditation will be provided. There are chairs and cushions in our meditation room, but you are welcome to bring your own. Sessions are an hour and a half from 10:30 to noon.
